THE GOOD:
Good lastability, very good graphics, good AI system, some good story lines and quest lines. Community supported modules and plug-ins(PC Only), vast styles of combat giving players the option of playing the game how they want.

THE GOOD:
Radiant A.I, Expansive landmass to explore, Open Ended, Free-roam, Improved combat, magic, stealth systems, Amazing gamer made mods.

THE BAD:
Seems to have been rushed, No where near 2000 quests but more like 200 quests, demands a high end PC, lacks Morrowind's ability for indepth storyline and history
