To unlock each hat do the following.
Note: You must finish the level for it to unlock just doing the task isn't enough.


Area 51 agent hat - Beat 3-2

Black Afro - Beat 1-5

Blond Wig/Pearls - Beat 1-2

Brown Hair - On hard, jump off the spaceship before the screen fades after beating the final boss

Brown Hat - In 2-5, kill 7 birds

Brown Wig/Pearls - Beat 1-3

Chef Hat - Beat 1-3

Conical purple hat - In 1-3 destroy "Castle of Crap" building

Crown of Flowers - 1-1 with gore off

Daisy-petal - Beat 2-3

Jester's Cap - Beat 3-4 on hard

Jheri Curl - In 1-4 destroy "fish are like plants" building

KGB Agent hat - Beat 2-1

Nurse Cap - In 3-5, get to final boss (don't have to win)

Pirate Hat - 1-1 destroy "Hairy Mommy Daycare"

Private Eye hat - Beat 3-2 on hard

Red Bandana - Beat 1-4

Rooster Hat - In 1-4 destroy the Behemoth-logo building(must be out of tank)

Stove Pipe Hat - 1-1 with gore off

Tiara - 2-2 on hard

Yellow Shark Fin - In 2-4 dig/suffocate before riding snowmobile

Adult Alien (15) Complete the Game on Medium Difficulty.
Alien in Training (5) Complete level 1-1 of the game.
City Destroyer (10) Destroy 25 buildings during one game.
Expert Alien (20) Complete the Game on Hard Difficulty.
Head Chomper (20) Head bite 50 enemies witout touching the ground or firing.
Hungry Yeti (10) Eat 50 KGB Agenst with the Yeti.
Juvenile Alien (10) Complete the Game on Easy Difficulty.
Killing Spree (15) Kill 1000 enemies during one game.
Mad Hatter (20) Unlock all of the 31 hats that are in the game.
Perfect Flight - (30) Defeat the final boss without using a continue.
Survivalist (15) Surive any challenge mode for 20 minutes.
WMD (20) Reach 5000 Km in Super Sovjet Missile Master.
