To tell the truth, I haven't played much rayman. I think I borrowed it from a friend once and played it for a few days, but did not beat it. Besides this, it was a great game when I played it and I think this will be just as good if not better. I just can't believe nobody has posted here yet! What is wrong with you people, Rayman is awesome!

I haven't played any of the Rayman games yet, but I once planned on getting Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc for the GameCube. It turned out that I didn't have much money left in my pocket =/. This looks like an interesting action/adventure game, though.

Played a bit of Rayman Advance for gba from my friend, was pretty average, hopefully this game will be a bit harder, wasn't the most challenging on the gba.

Well i know one thing, this game will be nothing like rayman advance, which was a remake of the Playstation game. I'm not sure, but judging by the screenshots this is a rehash of the N64 rayman game. It was on the playstation or PS2 also, i just don't remember which. That Rayman was the first to be 3D, and was a whole lot better than the side scroller and a whole lot harder than hoodlum havoc. I kinda hope this is a remake of the N64 game, but it would rule if they put in some kind of multiplayer a la Rayman Arena.

It's a remake of 2? I beat 2 completly, with all the lums and the final boss. Should I still get this?

i have it Rayman Ds. Its pretty good. i just got it so im not far. it has its moments.

no it was a side scroller. i just bought rayman ds it rules. i highly recomend the d pad over the touchscreen

im stuck on the boss at water & ice... I cant swing on the lums he keeps hittin me with icicles any hints?

you just have to shoot to the hanging piece of ice behind him. Don't worry about him, and just try to do your very best to swing along all of the purple lums. When you fall, just try it again. So jump and shoot to the first purple lum. You will swing. Then hit jump key to release, and hit jump key again to activate your helicopter. Then quickly shoot to the next purple lum, and you will swing again, and so on... After 5 retries you should made it along all the purple lums. When you swing on the last purple lum, again release, again activate helicopter, and finally shoot to that piece of ice.

after this you will deserve your first mask !
