I'm in the confrontation part, the last mission.
After destroying the cartago bridge and reach the check point, the orders are to destroy the Controller.
I have been trying everything... but time runs and nothing but lose happens.
What do I have to do in this "Confrontation" ? Do I have to look for anything? I kill DSTs but the more I kill the more they appear...

Please help, this game doesn't let me sleep!

I haven't gotten that far yet. Are you playing the PC or Xbox version? There's a forum on Kemco's (whose bringing it to N. America) site where the game developers are posting. They've already answered a question of mine:

if u want to win confrontation after destroying the bridge, keep holding out against the dst fighters and every now and then, giv the controller a few shots until that scientist tells u wat to do. when the controller starts using the fighters as kamikazes, destroy them quick. 3 fighters crash into the carthago and its gone(must be cheap armor on that ship)

Hide behind the shields (or get inside from the top) to survive the fire, work fast and shoot the thing all the time.
