When he is attacking the helicopter run up and punch him till he stops then STAY on the the helipad so he won't use his tentacles to attack you.When Venom attacks go near him so he attacks but when he does run away then he'll roar then strike once with his claw then the next trike will be with his tentacle so jump over his tentacle and repeat.And congrads you've finished the game.Now you get to play as Venom on free roam.GOOD LUCK
