It's like a portable UESP, but with all sorts of errors, mistakes, and sometimes even wildly incorrect information. It also doesn't contain anywhere near the amount of information that the UESP does.
The guide is useful if you can't get online, but if you have reliable internet access, I'd say to use UESP and be done with it. -------------------

I second that. It's a little faster than the UESP for 360 and PS3 users because you can have it with you and not get up to go to your computer, but it does have several annoying mistakes, and makes no mention of bugs or how to get around them.
