im petty sure you cant, why what did you do?
here what works for me is if i want to steal something form anyone just put on sneak and then save, try to steal something and then save if you are successful if not reload and try again. but make sure you have plenty of different save files and save over different ones as you go though the game. i have already had to restart more then five times because i got my self in to un-winnable situations or ive made a whole town hate me. so save often a good thing to do is went you enter a town save the game and then don't overwrite it so that if any thing gos wrong in town you can always try it again. if all else fails kill him and wipe the town out! now i don't know if you new to this game but i like to mention this to everyone i try to help. if you ever need weapons a good place to get them is first get the car you,ll need it to carry all the wight and have a good sneak and steal around 50 each. go to NCR and out side in a tent is an arms dealer. put on sneak and steal from his shelves. he keeps his whole inventory in his shelves(make sure you use the save trick i mention up above) he has a shit load of really good guns, gatling guns, combat shots etc...etc... ------------------- You can turn your back on a person, but you can never turn your back on a drug.

yeah... i was nosin' around commercial row. i already broke into the new reno arms store and looted his back shelves. i popped back over there sometime later, at nite. he was closed and offered me a warning. and turns out he got hostile before i cud leave. yeah i shud of known, and i know he does a lot of the weapon upgrades. but i was maybe wondering, cuz i know in fallout3 you can wait 3 days or so and things cud go back to relatively normal. and then maybe the same applied to fallout 2. or even maybe some kind of utility or patch someone had made i cud find, cud possibly fix it. ive played fallout 2 back in middle school so i like to think i know all about the game. i recently got back into fallout 2 after beating fallout 3 a number of times. and theres nothing like going back to the old games and having the nostalgia hit me again. (sigh)... so if anyone knows something or like i said before... maybe someone made an app. ~thank you~

Ive never heard of any apps that do that but if i find some ill let you know and if you find some let me know.
i unfortunately haven't had the privilege of playing fallout2 before fallout 3. but fallout 3 did inspire me to buy the first four fallout games and now i own them all. ------------------- You can turn your back on a person, but you can never turn your back on a drug.

ya know i just re-discovered that killing him doesnt matter. what does is the guy underneath the store. he doesnt say much but he does all the sweet upgrades. so kill away my friends.
