Slap a marker in another section of whichever city you are in and follow it. There are 3 sections to each city. Each time you return to one in a mission, you unlock a different section.

For Damascus and Acre you now need to go to the rich district.

For Jerusalem, you need to go to the poor district.

Yeah im on Memory Block 4 too right now, and i too didnt know what to do at first. I just climbed a view point and all the other new view points started showing on the map. I went and got them all and they made a lot of Eavesdropping,Interogation and Pickpocketing appear on my map which is exactly what the Bureau Leader told me to find

I dont know, but i heard there's gonna be guns...I hope they dont bring in heavy weapons. Maybe a crossbow...
