I'm not sure if it has been confirmed yet or not. One of my friends said it was a few days ago, but I haven't found any such information on the web, although it has been heavily rumoured. Here's a article on Gamespot, although it may not say much.

hello im theshadowlord and yes its comin out for the 360. this is really good cause originally it was gonna be a ps3 exclusive along with the p.c. version. and when i got mad cause they made oblivion for the ps3 i thought it was kinda funny when they did the same thing to this game.
