How do i unlock more gear for my character? Do i have to rank up online?

u cant really rank up in online and u cant get more gear i dont think i think u just get more characters and i have them all.

what are you guys talking about? all characters are there from start (but you can add more gear via custom content)

no... there r 'secret code' characters... to unlock them (i only kno two) go to create a new character and then hit /_\... type in Phayder and/or Jihan... they unlock 'Ariel' in the Iron Guard and a girl on the Necris team

u can unlock characters in campaign like lauren.
