Those aren't mods. those are characters.

ps i dont own the game yet, so don't scrutinize me please.

id also lie a conquest mode i it doesnt already exist,

a four-legged walking tank similair to R:FOM's Stalkers and Goliaths,

R:FOM weapns such as the LL-2 Dragon

Conquest = Warfare.

There already are modded vehicle packs available. Not to the extent you're saying, like a Resistance walker, but there are some cool one. Like flying Tank ships that shoot little nukes, and smaller vehicles. There are modded UT3 walkers too, like Scavengers that are made as big as the huge walkers (the unreal walkers are like War of the Worlds walkers)

Spawn is already a character mod that's available. He had some bugs, I'm not sure if he was ever fixed because the guy who made it was pretty anti-ps3. But there are plenty of other ones that work good. Warhammer, and Starcraft models, Master Chief, Samus Aran, Old Snake, Cloud, The Gears characters, Crysis models, these giant mutated lab rats, and bunnies. There's a bunch of them, and more come out pretty steadily.
