The form is what I find most confusing, I don't know whether it's based on K/D or lifespan but it's really beginning to piss me off. I am constantly crippled for playing better than my entire team (No joke, I am nearly always in the top 3) yet it will not let me past orange and after 6 kills I die once and it puts me into the red, I then check out the scoreboards and see that B3EASTMOD3X who has been sitting in a *bleep*ing bush for the whole *bleep*ing match is in the green.
