Does 1.5 Patch still screw up game?

I recently checked an article about the 1.5 patch, and remember that previously it stated that there were a lot of problems that had arisen since it's release in regards to mods. I'm wondering if that is the same case now. Have Bethesda done anything to fix it? And also, most likely there will be another patch for when Point Lookout is released. Do you think that those problems will be addressed in that patch also, or do you think it will make things worse? IMO, Bethesda's bug team should all get fired. They're not earning their wages.
