I've been on this puzzle forever. Got everything else done, but can't seem to conquer this. I have followed the steps in the cheatsheet, but nothing. Is there another way to do it? Please any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm guessing you haven't followed the illustrated steps here
http://professorlaytonwalkthrough.blogspot.com/2008/02/puzzle107.html This isn't a difficult puzzle once you work out that while the top left and bottom right tiles look the same, they need to be switched | |
