	So I was playing my Platinum the other day, and I noticed that after I beat the 5 Maid Knockout Challenge, their leader, Lady Celeste, was now fighting me. Her Blissey used fling, and to my surprise, the Pokemon was holding a Rare Candy. So, I was wondering, what other trainers, and which of their Pokemon, have hold items, and what item are they holding? -------------------

	I think that pretty much any trainers' Pokemon can have hold items. They tend to have Berries, however. ------------------- ♥Never give up on anything that once meant everything.

	Sitrus berries tend to be commonly held. They restore HP by a little.

	havent tried it myself but i heard EVERYONE'S pokemon in the 5 maid ko challenge holds a rare candy! it may be wort a try
