None other then Groudon!
 Besides,he has the best powerto expand the land mass.........I would rather have a world where I can't ever get wet all the time.  As a result,IHATE getting wet!Groudon could even prevent that for me! Whoever hates water,I'm DEFINATELY the one.  | |

No Kyogre because he learns this really insane move called Water Spout. Yeah I know Groudon knows Eruption but I'm pretty sure it's power is 120 and Water Spout is 150. And besides we all know Kyogre has a huge advantage over Groudon. That's obvious. And in the hot summer,would you rather have beating sun or a swimming pool? More importantly the Kyogre outfit on Pokemon Battle Revolution is way cuter than the Groudon outfit^_^

groudon is better because wailmer can also learn water spout if you really want that move but groudon can learn fissure, solar beam, fire blast and eruption which is a big variety of types
